So I've won this round? Or have I just postponed the battle for another day?
Speaking of getting beaten, today I sat through a 120 page power point brief about our Supplier Agreement Management process.
Just shoot me now. Please.

I don't what's worse, dealing with the schizophrenic customer, or sitting through what sounds like an absolutely "engrossing" powerpoint briefing. Ouch.
By the way, in the military, one could deal with the "screamers" (and I only worked for one of those) as long as they were reasonable and consistent. You just sort of cringed through the yelling, and got on with it. Your customer sounds like neither - so I hope for your sake (s)he really is back on the meds - for good... ;-)
